Insurance options:

I am a private pay practitioner, and do not accept insurance. If you are having financial difficulty, please call and we can discuss the rate for services.

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and don't notify us, we do have a cancellation fee.
